Since we opened in 2017, we have provided fine Chinese Massage and Cupping Therapy services in Basingstoke. We are conveniently located in the town centre at 19 Church Street.

We offer a complete range of massage treatments to take care of any problems you might be experiencing. Our friendly and attentive Chinese therapists will assist you in selecting the best massage for you and are all qualified in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine and Massage).

Tui Na
Our massages are based on Tui Nan, a therapy dating back centuries in China, providing pain relief for sore and injured muscles. The techniques are long flowing strokes to ease and relax, and improve blood flow to all areas of the body and reduce lactic acid build-up.
This creates a calm and relaxing mood which is a great way to rejuvenate and soothe away the effects of stress and the pressures of the day.
Our goal is to provide stress relief and relaxation for the mind and body that will continue long after the massage is finished, and leave you feeling rejuvenated with every visit.
We are members of Independent Therapists International and certified by the UK Academy of Chinese Medicine.

Relaxing Massage
If you have never experienced a Chinese full body massage, this is probably the one for you.
This is a massage that will overcome the stresses and pressures of the day, and remove the discomfort from muscular tension and strains leaving you feeling restored and rejuvenated.

Sports Massage
Participating in sports is fun and great for ongoing fitness and health. But from time to time this can result in injury to muscle groups, or other problems such as pinched nerves.
A Sports Massage relieves these problems, at the same time as improving circulation, reducing pain caused by injury, and improving joint mobility and muscular flexibility.
It can also stimulate the body, so accelerating muscle repair.

Head Massage
At the end of a tiring and pressured day, your head can experience a great deal of tension which can result in headaches and a general mood of discomfort. What better way to eliminate the tensions created by the day, than to have a head massage, which will take away the effects of unwelcome pressures and leaving you pain free, and mentally and physically relaxed.

Cupping Therapy
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage focuses on the deeper tissue structures, connectivity tissue and tendons.
More pressure is applied to all muscle groups in the body, which will work out any uncomfortable knots and allow the muscles to be left completely relaxed.
At the end of the session, you will feel completely rejuvenated and restored, with improved mobility if you were having any stretching or bending problems.

Neck and Shoulder Massage
Poor posture, driving, excess hours at a desk, all increase tension in the neck and shoulders which is uncomfortable and can cause additional problems such as upper back ache, neck ache and headaches.
A Neck and Shoulder Massage works on easing the stiffness and tension in the muscle groups. This will alleviate pain, and the muscles will be relaxed giving increased flexibility and improved posture. At the end of the massage, you will have a sense of greater wellbeing.

Reflexology
Also known as Zone Therapy, this massage applies pressure to the feet and hands using thumb, finger and hand massage techniques. The purpose is to alleviate problems with other parts of the body that are connected to the pressure points in the feet and hands, such as the kidney, heart, liver and intestine.
It is growing in recognition as a valuable treatment amongst healthcare professionals, in order to promote better all-round health for their patients. Reflexology can be used to support other, more conventional western medical treatments.
The additional benefit of this massage to the feet is it will relax the muscles, improve circulation, and leave you with a sensation of being lighter on your feet.

Cupping Therapy is often considered to be an alternative treatment to acupuncture. It is credited as being one of the best for dealing with a wide range of problems such as back and body pain, sports injuries through to more chronic issues such as diabetes, and high blood pressure.
It is also seen as a valued treatment for supporting weight loss, acne, and a number of neurological disorders and is an effective tool as a detox.
The technique is to place localised heated suction pads on the key pressure points, depending on the ailment, for a period of 8-10 minutes, which will open them up and create more flowing channels. The effect created will be ease of pain and discomfort, leaving an overall experience of increased relaxation and wellbeing.
